Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and failed payments work for paid Inflozo plans. It applies once billing opens; Inflozo is currently pre-launch, so this draft is published for review.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. After the period ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan and the downgrade gate applies if you are over the Free limits.

Refunds

Billing is charged for the full billing period in advance. When you cancel, there are no partial-period refunds for the remainder of the period you have already paid for — your paid access simply continues until the period ends. We do not offer a general satisfaction-based refund window beyond what is described here.

We will issue a refund where:

  • a refund is required by applicable law or consumer-protection rules;
  • you were charged because of a billing-system error on our side (for example, a duplicate or incorrect charge);
  • the founder grants a refund at their discretion for an exceptional situation.

Because billing runs through a Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments, with Paddle as fallback), approved refunds are processed by the provider to your original payment method.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the provider retries on its standard schedule and we notify you in the app and by email. You keep full access during a 7-day grace period. If payment still has not succeeded after the grace period, the workspace moves to a read-only state — no new exports, deploys, or previews — but your project data is never deleted. Restore a valid payment method to return to full access.

Trials

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial that begins when you add a payment method. If you do not keep a valid payment method at the end of the trial, the workspace reverts to Free; no charge is made for a trial that is cancelled before it ends.
