Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Inflozo, a visual theme builder for the Ghost CMS operated from inflozo.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Inflozo is currently pre-launch; this draft is published so the terms can be reviewed before paid plans open.
The service
Inflozo is a Ghost-native visual theme builder. You design Ghost themes visually, Inflozo compiles them to developer-grade Handlebars, and you can export the theme or deploy it to a Ghost site you control. Inflozo is built exclusively for Ghost — it is not a generic website builder, a content management system, or a theme marketplace, and it does not import arbitrary third-party Ghost themes.
Accounts and workspaces
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, and optionally a passkey. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure, for activity in your workspace, and for the people you invite. Workspace owners and admins control roles and permissions, which are enforced on the server, not just in the interface.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Inflozo to build, host, or distribute unlawful or infringing content;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, role permissions, security controls, or the export and re-import integrity boundaries;
- probe, scan, or disrupt Inflozo’s infrastructure or other workspaces;
- upload malware, or use the service to gain unauthorised access to any Ghost site or system.
Ghost site connections
You are responsible for the Ghost sites you connect and the API keys you provide. Ghost Content and Admin API keys are stored encrypted and are used only by server-side jobs to fetch content and, where you choose, to upload and activate themes. You must have the right to connect and modify any Ghost site you link to Inflozo. Inflozo never deploys a Ghost routes.yaml for you; routes are always provided as a file you upload manually.
Plans, limits, and billing
Paid plans, project and Ghost-site limits, storage, and seats are described on our pricing page. When billing opens it will be handled by a Merchant of Record — Dodo Payments as the primary provider and Paddle as a fallback — who acts as the seller of record for checkout, taxes, and invoicing. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our refund policy. Checkout is not yet live.
Your content and intellectual property
You own your projects, designs, and the themes you export. Inflozo and its software, branding, and compiler remain the property of Inflozo. Themes you export are yours to use; once you edit exported theme files outside Inflozo they can no longer be re-imported, by design.
Disclaimers and liability
Inflozo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We validate themes with GScan and provide backup gates and rollback, but we do not guarantee that a deploy can never affect a live site. To the extent permitted by law, Inflozo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using Inflozo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for security reasons. On account deletion we remove your data according to our privacy policy and retention schedule.
